For a number of years Sharon Bilsby-Vint, founder of SBV Properties has been offering various rooms to rent to many different clients; Professional Accommodation has been given to Employed and Self Employed Professionals, and Student Accommodation for those starting out in their chosen field. In all my shared houses some of my tenants can stay for 2-3 years or more, before life moves them onwards and upwards and they start another chapter in their lives.

In 2010 we added our first Apartment to rent to our portfolio. This was then followed with the Lower Ground Apartment within the same building in 2011. Here at SBV Properties we plan to extend the properties we have to offer so we are always searching for your next perfect home to rent.
